In the Express Entry draw that was held on July 12, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off went down to 440 points. This means that all the candidates in the Express Entry pool who scored 440 or more points in the CRS were issued the Invitation to Apply (ITA). A total number of 3,202 candidates
